As part of AIWA’s 2025 Annual Meeting weekend, we invite you to a very special Founders’ Luncheon honoring Barbara Merguerian, Eva Medzorian, and the late Olga Proudian —the three extraordinary women whose vision and dedication laid the foundation for AIWA for over three decades.

Through their bold leadership, what began as a dream has grown into a global community reaching thousands of Armenian women—empowering them through education, professional development, health and wellness initiatives, and economic opportunity.
